September is undoubtedly our favorite time of year and we're delighted to pay tribute to this gorgeous weather with something sharp and fresh. Hatsune is proud to present our new September specialty dish - Jalapeño Hamachi Carpaccio.
有牌面——最顶级の寿司食材
“鰤鱼”、“平政”、“间八”被认为是日本最高级寿司食材的前三名,而“平政”、“间八”正是鰤鱼不同成长阶段的名称。包揽前三甲的鰤鱼不仅肉鲜味美,且体内含有丰富的DHA,对脑细胞的生长发育十分有益。在正月或喜庆之日,从餐桌上有无鰤鱼即可判定日本家庭的招待规格,鰤鱼的地位可见一斑。
Using premium, high quality hamachi, this dish really showcases gorgeous yellowtail sashimi in all her glory with its beautiful texture and natural flavors. The sliced, fresh hamachi sashimi is marinated in a savoury soy dip and a dash of jalapeño sauce on top for an added spicy kick.

鰤鱼肉质甜美,脂膏丰腴,油花均匀散布于每一丝鱼肉当中,味道和口感达到了完美的平衡;搭配野山椒和隐泉秘制酱汁,入口即化的同时在舌尖产生浓烈的味觉碰撞,别有一番风味。
